Outside Counsel

  • Currently licensed to practice law;
  • Engaged in the practice of Labor/Employment Law for a minimum of 4 years; and
  • Current practice area comprised of a minimum of 75% Labor/Employment Law (management representation only)

In-house/Corporate Counsel

  • Currently licensed to practice law;
  • Supervises Labor/Employment attorneys within the company (i.e., general counsel or assistant general counsel); or
  • Manages Labor/Employment litigation handled by outside counsel; or
  • Current practice area comprised of Labor/Employment Law.

Human Resources Managers

  • Minimum of 5 years human resource experience; and
  • Currently employed as a senior human resource representative for a company (i.e., President, Vice President, Director, Manager or Assistant Manager or Assistant Manager of Human Resources)
