Membership Criteria
Outside Counsel
- Currently licensed to practice law;
- Engaged in the practice of Labor/Employment Law for a minimum of 4 years; and
- Current practice area comprised of a minimum of 75% Labor/Employment Law (management representation only)
In-house/Corporate Counsel
- Currently licensed to practice law;
- Supervises Labor/Employment attorneys within the company (i.e., general counsel or assistant general counsel); or
- Manages Labor/Employment litigation handled by outside counsel; or
- Current practice area comprised of Labor/Employment Law.
Human Resources Managers
- Minimum of 5 years human resource experience; and
- Currently employed as a senior human resource representative for a company (i.e., President, Vice President, Director, Manager or Assistant Manager or Assistant Manager of Human Resources)
